How do I find the manual installation information for setup?

To view the information necessary for manual setup, you must purchase a subscription from our website. If you meet this condition, you can view your QR code from the Surf app:

• Open the Surf app.
• Tap the "Add eSIM" button on the Plans page.
• Select the Manual Setup tab on the opened screen.
• Here, you can see the necessary information to add to your device.
• You can use the "Copy" buttons next to each piece of information to easily paste it during the setup process.

⚠️ It is sufficient to install the eSIM on Surf once. If you have previously added the eSIM and have not deleted it, you do not need to obtain a QR code again.
