If you are experiencing connection issues, check the following steps:
- Cellular data source: Select your eSIM as the cellular data source on your phone.
- Roaming setting: Enable international roaming.
- Wi-Fi status: Turn off Wi-Fi and try connecting using mobile data only.
- Local operator connection: Ensure you are in a country where the plan is valid and that the device is connected to the local operator.
👉 An active subscription is required in your account for internet connection in Surf. If your subscription is active, your connection should open after making the above settings.
