My connection is slow. What should I do?

If your internet connection is slow, try the following steps:

• Operator selection: Set the operator selection to "Automatic" in settings. 
• Airplane mode: Turn on airplane mode, wait about 10 seconds, then turn it off. 
• Mobile data: Turn off and then turn on mobile data. 
• Restart device: Refresh the connection by turning your phone off and on.
